You may have already heard that sadly Heritage Coaches is no longer trading. To ensure that their customers are not affected, Heritage has entrusted us at Worthing Coaches to fulfil their future bookings, and we have already been working together to ensure this transition happens seamlessly. We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and inform you of what this means for you as a Heritage Coaches customer.

Together with our sister companies in the Lucketts Group, Worthing Coaches is part of the largest coach operator in the South. Worthing Coaches has built a reputation for quality, safety and reliability, evidenced by our many industry accreditations. We were one of the first coach operators in the UK to achieve Earned Recognition status from the DVSA, we hold the Confederation of Passenger Transport’s CoachMarque and we are members of the Guild of British Coach Operators. Our professional team of drivers and office staff are committed to delivering outstanding service and our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, not only for your safety but also to enhance the comfort of our passengers.

1. I have an existing booking. What will happen next?

Your booking has already been transferred to Worthing Coaches and there is no action for you to take. We will be contacting all customers with future bookings by 20th January 2020, in order of departure date. We will confirm your itinerary and answer any questions you may have.

2. I have paid a deposit for my existing booking.

Your deposit has been transferred to Worthing Coaches. The remaining balance is due as per our standard payment terms which are 7 days prior to travel, payable to Worthing Coaches.

3. I have paid in full for my existing booking.

Your full payment has been transferred to Worthing Coaches.

4. Will my vehicle be of the same size and standard?

As part of the Lucketts Group, Worthing Coaches have access to a modern and varied fleet of over 160 vehicles across the business. If an appropriate Worthing Coaches vehicle is not available, another will be allocated from the Lucketts Group fleet to ensure that you have the right vehicle for your requirements.

At Worthing Coaches, we aim to honour all existing quotes from Heritage Coaches, subject to availability. Please contact us to find out more.

6. I would like a quote or to make a new booking.

Should you have any future coach hire requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you. If you have not travelled with Worthing Coaches before, we’d look forward to the opportunity of inviting you onboard to experience our first-class service. 7. I had a credit account with Heritage Coaches, can I now have credit terms with Worthing Coaches?

8. Can I cancel my booking?

We are confident that you will be delighted with the service you receive from Worthing Coaches, however if for whatever reason you need to cancel your booking please let us know. However, you may forfeit any deposit that you have already paid to Heritage Coaches.
