Happy Easter from Brian and the Worthing Coaches Team

We wanted to wish you a wonderful Easter Break from the whole of the Worthing Coaches team - or should we say an Eggcellent time! (Umm....perhaps not!)

But, what an exciting time, with the first of many bank holidays on its way, and the clocks having moved forward to British Summer Time last weekend, it feels like it's almost here - that time we've all been waiting for, when we get to wave goodbye to those dark, cold, winter days, and say hello to sandals, sun lotion and ice cream (thank goodness!)

Yes, it won't be long until summer is here, and although the British weather is guaranteed to be a little unpredictable, a day out to the seaside in summer should be on everyone's list!  And, with so many fabulous seaside resorts just a stone's throw away, what better way to treat your group to a great day out?

So, if you're group is planning a trip to the seaside this summer, check out these 5 nearby resorts, we think they are definitely worth a visit....

1. Hastings

If you are looking for a seaside resort rich in maritime and cultural connections then Hastings is definitely worth a visit. One of the medieval Cinque Ports, Hastings was, for centuries an important fishing port, which although nowadays much reduced, still has the largest beach-based fishing fleet in England. During a visit to Hastings you will find a number of maritime museums, plenty of shops and a beautiful golden beach. In addition, whilst here you might wish to head a few miles down the road to Battle Abbey to explore the location of the infamous 1066 battle. Click here to request a coach hire quotation...
